Welcome to my website! I am a Cultural Anthropologist currently doing an interdisciplinary PhD at the Amsterdam University Medical Center (VUmc). I am part of the ‘Youth at Risk’ division of the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Psychosocial Care department, where I work for the Academic Workplace Youth at Risk (Academische Werkplaats Risicojeugd). I am also a lecturer and tutor for a number of bachelor’s courses within the Cultural Anthropology and Development Sociology programme at Leiden University.

This PhD project was funded by ZonMw (EN: The Netherlands Organisation for Health Research and Development) as part of the programme entitled ‘Regionale Kenniswerkplaatsen Jeugd‘ (EN: Regional Youth Knowledge Workplaces).
